Shipping

We offer Australia wide shipping on our products.

For orders up to $100 shipping Australia wide is $13.00. For orders from $100.01 up to $499.99 shipping is a flat rate of $11 incl GST. For orders $500 -$999.99 shipping is $15 incl GST. For orders $1000+ shipping is $25 incl GST.

You may be able to avoid shipping costs and access products on this site via our local Distributor network. Most orders that we send are dispatched using Australia Post EParcel service , although other shipping options ( including Star Track Express & Fastway ) may be required for some items ( including bulky items and bulk sizes of hazardous items such as Acetone, Non Acetone , etc)

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days of receipt. If, for any reason, an order is likely to be delayed we will advise via phone or email. Orders sent via Australia Post EParcel or Star Track Express will be sent using online services and a tracking email is sent to the email address on your order form.

Returns

The rights in this policy in respect of returns, refunds and warranties are additional to statutory rights that consumers are entitled to under various Australian statutes.

1. We do not accept goods for return if the goods are not faulty, but you have simply changed your mind as to your requirements or the goods have been purchased for a third party that simply doesn’t want them.

2. We may deduct an amount from any refund where

a. you have obtained commercial use from the product.

b. where damage to the goods has been a result of negligence or misuse.

3. Sterex products. Sterex epilators are covered by a two year manufacturers warranty. Sterex needleholders are covered by a six month warranty period and Sterex cables by a one month warranty period.

4. Notwithstanding the rights of purchasers under Australian statutes we shall not be liable for the loss of income, profits, contracts or the like as a result of a product failure.
